错距旋压技术研究现状及发展方向 被引量:1

摘要 错距旋压技术是在强力旋压技术基础上发展而来的回转成形方法,能够显著提高生产效率,改善产品表面质量和成形精度,细化晶粒,可用于成形大直径筒体、细长管、带台阶或内齿的异形筒体和纳米/超细晶粒筒形件。通过对近年来国内外学者开展的错距旋压试验和模拟研究进行综述,分析总结了各工艺参数对成形质量的影响规律,阐述了错距旋压成形的隆起、扩径及韧性损伤等主要缺陷产生的原因及改进措施,介绍了应用神经网络及回归分析等方法优化错距旋压成形工艺参数的研究现状,最后,指出了错距旋压的发展方向及尚待开展的工作。 The stagger spinning technology is a rotary forming method which is developed on the basis of power spinning technology, which can increase the production efficiency,improve the surface quality of products and refine grains significantly so as to form largediameter cylinders,slender tubes,irregular tubes with steps or internal teeth and nano/ultra-fine grain cylinders.Therefore,the stagger spinning test and simulation study conducted by scholars in recent years were reviewed,and the influences of various process parameters on the forming quality were analyzed and summarized.Furthermore,the causes and improvement measures of main defects such as ridge,diameter expansion and toughness damage in the stagger spinning were described,and the research status of optimizing the parameters of stagger spinning process by neural network and regression analysis was introduced.Finally,the development trend and the work not yet done were pointed out.
