摘要
某车型前门总成制件后部压合边缘存在表面变形的质量缺陷,在白车身及整车的奥迪特评审中,该缺陷等级均为B类项,影响整车外观质量。对总成制件缺陷进行分析可知,前门外板表面本身存在表面变形,前门内板存在一定回弹,二者扣合时压合边缘不贴合,导致总成制件表面出现表面变形的缺陷。经过多轮试验,通过整改前门外板表面变形和内板回弹等问题,均不足以降低或消除该缺陷,进而需要配合整改车门总成压合模具,对总成制件进行反向补偿,使该缺陷得到明显改善,评审等级降低至C类项,达到提升整车质量的目的,为后续车型同类问题的解决提供了参考方法。
A deformation defect was found on the surface of the pressing edge of the back of front door assembly for a certain car which was reviewed as a B-class defect both in the white body and the complete vehicle of AUDIT,and the appearance quality of the complete vehicle was affected.Then,the defect in assembly was analyzed,and it was found that the surface deformation of the outer panel,the springback of the inner panel and the gap between pressing edges when hemming the outer and inner panels together resulted in the defect above.After trying out for many times,the defect in front door assembly couldnot be eliminated or relieved by optimizing the surface deformation of the outer panel and controlling the springback of the inner panel.Furthermore,the rectification on hemming die was executed by reverse compensation method,and the defect was improved significantly.Finally,C-class defect in AUDIT was obtained,and the goal of improving the complete vehicle quality was achieved,which provided a reference method for solving similar problems in new car model.
