摘要
首先介绍了钣金件的橡皮囊柔性成形原理、设备结构和技术参数,进而详细讨论了超高压液压系统工作原理,包括超高压增压器和超高压密封技术,特别是矩形结构的角部密封组件。在此基础上,重点研究了超高压液压系统的控制方法,其中,主泵压力闭环控制系统用于补偿大流量输出时的系统压力损失,增压缸高压换向过渡过程控制方法用于获得高速切换时的超静音效果。研究结果应用于国产首台770MN橡皮囊液压机制造,通过一年多的生产应用验证了其先进性与可靠性。
Firstly,the flexible forming principle of rubber bag for sheet metal,the equipment structure and technical parameters were introduced,and then,the working principle of ultra-high pressure hydraulic system was discussed in detail including the ultra-high pressure supercharger and the ultra-high pressure sealing technology,especially the angle sealing assembly of rectangular structure.On this basis, the control method of ultra-high pressure hydraulic system was studied,in which the closed-loop pressure control system of main pump was used to compensate the pressure loss of the system at large flow output,and the control method of high-pressure transition process for supercharger was used to obtain ultra-quiet effect when switching at high speed.Finally,the results were applied to the manufacture of the first domestic 770 MN rubber bag hydraulic press,which verified their advancement and reliability through more than one year of production applications.
