四辊卷板错边现象分析及其补偿技术

Analysis on dislocation of four-roll bending and its compensation technology

摘要 四辊卷板机在实际生产中往往受到很多因素的影响,使卷制结果与理论研究存在较大偏差,导致成形精度大幅降低,其中,对成形质量影响最大的误差现象为错边误差。根据生产中错边现象的客观规律将错边现象分为交叉型、扭曲型、歪斜型3类,总结归纳了错边现象的影响因素,将其分为对中偏差、成形道次数偏差和单侧启动偏差3种因素,通过仿真分析找到每种因素对错边现象的影响规律,针对典型的错边因素对仿真分析结果进行实验验证,证实单道次成形误差高达27mm,而多道次成形误差只有5mm。设计了一种卷板机用对中托料装置,减小甚至消除了各个影响因素对错边现象的影响,达到提升成形精度的目的。 The four-roll bending machine is often affected by many factors in the actual production,so that there is a big deviation between bending results and theoretical study resulting in a significant reduction in the forming accuracy.Among them,the error phenomenon that has the greatest influence on the forming quality is dislocation.According to the objective law of dislocation phenomenon in production, the types of dislocations were divided into three types :cross-shaped type,twisted type and skewed type,and the influencing factors of dislocations phenomena were summarized as the centering deviation,the deviation of the forming path and the one-sided starting deviation. Then,the influence law of each factor on the dislocation phenomenon was found by simulation analysis,and the simulation analyses were verified by experiments for the typical dislocation factors.It is confirmed that the single pass forming error is up to 27mm,and the multipass forming error is only 5mm.Furthermore,a kind of bending machine with centering device was designed to reduce or even eliminate the impact of various factors on the dislocation phenomenon,and the purpose of improving the forming accuracy was achieved.
