闭孔泡沫铝轧制性能研究

摘要 利用有限元方法,在Deform3D平台下,对闭孔均匀孔隙泡沫铝的三维模型进行轧制分析。研究了相对压下量、轧制速度、轧制道次和孔隙率分别对泡沫铝在轧制过程中产生的轧制力、变形和损伤的影响,并进行实验验证。结果表明:随着轧制道次数、相对压下量的增加,闭孔泡沫铝在轧制过程中的轧制力会相应增加,泡沫铝损伤因子也随之增大;随着孔隙率的增加,泡沫铝的轧制力随之减小,而轧制速度对轧制力的影响较小。此研究在不同的压下规程和孔隙率中,对泡沫铝轧制效率的提高、降低轧制力和损伤以及预测裂纹的产生具有指导意义。 3D model of closed-cell uniform pore aluminum foam was subjected to rolling analysis in the Deform 3D by the finite element method,and the influences of relative reduction,rolling speed,rolling pass and porosity on rolling force,deformation and damage produced in the rolling process of aluminum foam were studied.Then,the experiment was verified.The results show that with the increasing of rolling pass and relative reduction,the rolling force and the damage factor of closed-cell aluminum foam enhance in the rolling process. In addition,with the increasing of porosity,the rolling force of aluminum foam decreases,and the influence of rolling speed on the rolling force decreases.Thus,the above study is important to improve the rolling efficiency of aluminum foam,reduce the rolling force and damage,and predict eraeking in the rolling process with different rolling schedules and porosities.
