热轧活套张力控制冗余张力检测系统的研究与应用

Research and application of redundant tension detection system for looper tension control of hot rolling mill

热轧轧机活套张力控制是轧钢企业的重要技术之一,其功能是通过对活套液压缸的定位来实现轧机活套的张力调整,进而控制活套张力的大小。压力传感器作为该系统的在线检测设备,在轧制过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文基于1580生产线TMEIC系统研究设计了一套带冗余的活套张力检测系统,可以有效地防止因单个压力传感器发生故障而导致整条生产线长时间停机的重大技术隐患,极大地提高了整个活套系统的可靠性,并且冗余系统的压力传感器与原系统的检测精度匹配,能够满足高精度活套张力控制的需要,在生产实践中收到了良好效果。

Tension control of the Looper control of hot rolling mill is one of the important technologies of rolling mill.Its function is to adjust the tension of the rolling mill's looper by locating the hydraulic cylinder of the looper,and to control the tension of the looper.The pressure sensor plays an important role in rolling process as the on-line detecting equipment of the system.Based on the research of TMEIC system of 1580 production line,this paper designs a set of tension detection system with redundant looper,which can effectively prevent the serious technical hidden trouble of long time shutdown of the whole production line due to the failure of single pressure sensor.It can meet the need of tension control of high precision looper tension and has good effect in production practice.
