摘要 勃起功能障碍(ED)是临床上常见的男性性功能障碍,了解其病因及准确的诊断对ED的防治有重要价值。MRI具有对盆腔内结构、阴茎及脑组织等高分辨成像率、无射线损伤、三维成像和功能成像等优势,使其对ED的病因诊断更为准确。本文就MRI诊断ED的研究进展进行了综述。 ED is a common male sexual dysfunction clinically. An insight into its etiology and accurate diagnosis play a valuable role in its prevention and treatment. MRI has the advantages of high-resolution imaging of the pelvic structure,penis and brain tissue,no radiation damage,three-dimensional imaging,and functional imaging,which make more accurate the etiological diagnosis of ED.This paper presents an overview of the advances in the studies of MRI in the etiological diagnosis of ED.
