摘要
针对ADI机器人铸件在试制过程中产生的灰斑及断裂问题,分析讨论了上述问题产生的原因及原工艺存在的不足,并通过调整铸造工艺及熔炼工艺,解决了上述问题,为其批量生产打下了基础。
Aiming at the grey spots and breakage problems of the austempered ductile iron (ADI)robot castings during the trial production process,the reasons of these problems and the shortcomings of tile original casting process were analyzed in this article.By optimizing the casting process and adjusting the melting process,the problems mentioned-above were solved,which lays a foundation for their mass production.
