摘要
简要介绍了质量8.7 t、最大壁厚大于130 mm的耐蚀球墨铸铁阀体铸件的生产工艺。通过ProCAST模拟软件优化铸造工艺、添加适量合金元素、喂线法球化处理和强化孕育,获得了各项性能优异的阀体铸件。
The production practice of the corrosion resistant ductile iron valve body casting, which has the weight of 8.7 t and the maximum wall thickness of more than 130 mm, was introduced. By optimizing the casting process with the simulation software ProCAST, adding appropriate alloying elements, adopting the wire feeding nodulization technology, and strengthening the inoculation treatment, the valve body castings with excellent microstructure and mechanical properties have been produced.
