摘要
目的观察丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。方法选择2017年3月至2018年8月期间深圳市龙岗区人民医院皮肤科门诊就诊的200例湿疹患儿为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=102)与对照组(n=98),其中对照组与观察组分别采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,丁酸氢化可的松乳膏+蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料治疗,疗程均为5 d。比较两组患儿治疗后1周、2周的临床疗效,并比较两组患儿的复发率。结果治疗后1周,观察组患儿的痊愈率、治疗总有效率分别为85.29%、91.18%,均明显高于对照组的75.51%、81.63%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2周,观察组患儿的痊愈率、治疗总有效率分别为88.24%、94.12%,与对照组的86.7%3、92.85%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的复发率为9.80%,明显低于对照组的23.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料治疗婴儿湿疹起效更加迅速,可有效缓解临床症状体征,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment combined with Lauzome in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods A total of 200 children with eczema in Outpatient Department of Dermatology, Shenzhen Longgang District People's Hospital from March 2017 to August 2018 were divided into observation group (n=102) and control group (n=98) according to random number table. The control group was treated with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment, while the observation group was treated by Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment combined with Lauzome. The course of treatment was 5 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were compared, and the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared. Results One week after treatment, the recovery rate and total effective rate of the observation group was 85.29%, 91.18%, significantly higher than 75.51%, 81.63% of the control group (P<0.05). Two weeks after treatment, the recovery rate and total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%, 94.12%, similar with 86.73%, 92.85% in the control group (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 9.80% , significantly lower than 23.47% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment combined with Lauzome is more effective in the treatment of infantile eczema, which can promote the relief of clinical symptoms and signs and reduce the recurrence rate.
