摘要
脓毒症被定义为宿主对感染的反应失调而导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,其发生发展过程中往往存在着凝血系统的紊乱。血管性血友病因子(vWF)作为血小板与血管壁相互作用间的重要介导物质,参与了脓毒症所诱导凝血系统的紊乱这一过程。血管性血友病因子裂解酶(ADAMTS-13)则是vWF的特异性裂解酶,其被发现可通过裂解超大型vWF多聚体以调节凝血途径,提示了ADAMTS-13在脓毒症相关凝血功能障碍中的可能作用以及其潜在的治疗方案。
Sepsis is defined as the life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the host's response to infection, which often occurs and develops with the disorder of the coagulation system. As an important mediator between platelet and vascular wall interaction, von Willebrand factor (vWF) is involved in the process of coagulation system disorder induced by sepsis. ADAMTS-13 is the specific lyase of vWF, and it was found to regulate the coagulation pathway by cleavage of vWF polymers, which suggests the possible role of ADAMTS-13 in sepsis related coagulative dysfunction and its potential treatment options.
