伴DEK-CAN融合基因阳性急性髓系白血病二例并文献复习 被引量:4

摘要 急性髓系白血病(AML)是一种造血系统恶性克隆增殖疾病,其发病与融合基因形成有关。其中,DEK-CAN融合基因是由于6 号染色体上的DEK基因与9 号染色体上的CAN (NUP214) 基因结合形成DEK-CAN 融合蛋白,也被称为DEK-NUP214 融合基因。急性髓系白血病中t(6;9) (p23;q34) DEK-CAN 阳性的患者临床上较为少见,成人AML患者中发生率为1%~5%[1]。该类型的AML复发早、预后差,被分为一个独立的临床亚型.
