我国人类遗传资源保护与利用的现状分析

Status analysis of the protection and utilization of human genetic resources in China

人类遗传资源是开展生命科学与生物技术研究的重要物质和信息基础,对我国生物医药科技创新具有重要战略意义。生命科学大数据时代的来临,给我国人类遗传资源的保护和利用带来了新的挑战。本文梳理了国内外人类遗传资源保护利用的现状与进展,分析了我国面临的主要问题,并提出了相应对策建议。

Human genetic resources are important material and information basis for the development of life science and biotechnology.It has important strategic significance for the innovation of biomedical science and technology in China.The advent of big data era in life science has brought new challenges to the protection and utilization of human genetic resources.In this paper,we reviewed the present situation and progress of protection and utilization of human genetic resources at home and abroad,analyzed the main problems in China,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in this paper.
