摘要
为了解决口孜东井下软岩大硐室的支护问题,分析了两淮矿区深井高地压硐室支护技术现状、特点。并根据口孜东矿主井箕斗装载硐室处工程地质情况,对装载硐室支护方案设计进行了比选和优化,提出了"锚索网带喷+钢筋混凝土+直墙肋梁加固"联合支护形式,其支护效果和经济性大幅提高。可为深井高地压软岩条件下大硐室支护设计提供一定的借鉴经验。
In order to solve the support problem of underground large chamber in soft rock in Kouzidong Coal Mine,the status quo and characteristics of the support technology of the deep shaft high pressure chamber in Huainan and Huaibei Mining Area were analyzed. According to the engineering geological conditions of the skip loading chamber of the main shaft,the support design scheme of the skip loading chamber was selected and optimized,and the“anchor-cable-meshbelt- shotcreting + reinforced concrete + straight wall rib beam reinforcement”combined support scheme was proposed, which greatly improved its support effect and economy. It can provide some references for the design of large chamber support in soft rock deep shaft under high ground pressure.
