张家峁煤矿矿井水处理回用工艺研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对传统矿井水处理工艺"混凝沉淀+过滤"处理能力和效果的不足,以张家峁煤矿矿井水为例,通过分析矿井水的水质特点及回用去向后,在"旋流混凝澄清+机械过滤器+消毒"工艺和一体化设备技术的基础上,设计了一种新型的高效旋流一体化净化工艺,分析了其处理效果及运行成本。结果表明,张家峁煤矿矿井水的主要污染物为SS和COD;经过高效旋流一体化净化工艺的处理后,出水水质达到了相关标准,能够回用于黄泥灌浆、井下消防洒水和作为矿区生活日用水备用水源;该工艺运行成本较"旋流混凝澄清+机械过滤器+消毒"工艺,每吨矿井水处理成本节约0. 22元。 Considering the ability and treatment effect of the craft “coagulation precipitation and filter”which is traditional,the paper firstly took the Zhangjiamao coal mine water as an example,and analyzed the characteristics of the mine waste water and the reuse destination after treating. Then based on “coagulation precipitation and filter”and integrated equipment technology,it designed a new craft that the swirl coagulation clarifier process is high efficient and integrated. And analyzed the treatment effect and operating costs. The result shows that the major pollutants of mine water in Zhangjiatmao Coal Mine are SS and COD; the quality of the effluent water treated by the craft can reach the relevant standards,so it can be used for the yellow mud grouting,underground fire sprinkler and daily life water in coal mine; the treatment cost of per ton of mine water, this craft than the “swirling coagulation clarification + mechanical filter + disinfection”saves 0. 22 yuan.
