摘要
以高瓦斯矿井唐山矿T2291综放工作面为研究对象,针对工作面瓦斯涌出特点,分析了工作面瓦斯治理措施和主要隐患问题,计算了工作面冒落带和裂隙带的理论高度,并在分析顶板活动规律、考察"三带"数据的基础上,确定了顶板走向高位钻孔的合理层位和布置方式。现场实践结果表明:该技术有效解决了工作面回风流和上隅角切顶线附近瓦斯超限问题,回风流瓦斯浓度稳定在0. 3%~0. 4%,上隅角切顶线附近瓦斯浓度长期处于0. 5%左右,切实保障了矿井安全生产。
Based on the condition of T2291 fully mechanized caving face in Tangshan mine which is a high gas coal mine, according to the characteristics of gas emission in coal mine,the author analyzed the gas control measures and the main hidden troubles of the working face,calculated the theoretical height of caving zone and fractured zone,and based on the law of roof movements and the data of“three zones”,determined the rational layer and the arrangement mode of the high position borehole along roof strike. Site practice showed that the high position borehole along roof strike effectively solved the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the working face and upper corner caving line,the concentration of gas in return air was stable at 0. 3%~ 0. 4%,the concentration of gas near the upper corner caving line was around 0. 5%,and effectively ensured the safety production of coal mine.
