响应面法优化闪式提取款冬花多糖工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究款冬花多糖闪式提取工艺条件。方法以提取率为评价指标,考察提取电压、液料比和提取时间等因素对款冬花多糖提取的影响,采用响应面法,优化了提取工艺条件。结果款冬花多糖的最优工艺条件为:提取电压120 V,提取时间93 s,水料比22.5(mL/g),提取2次。在这种工艺条件下,款冬花多糖的提取率可达4.149%。结论闪式提取款冬花多糖可缩短提取时间短,提高多糖提取率。 Objective To optimize the extraction ofpolysaccharide from Tussilagofatfara with the assistance of homogenate.Methods The extraction rate was used as the index,the effect of extraction voltage,ratio of water to material and extraction time on the extraction of polysaccharides was determined.The extraction conditions were optimized by response surface method.Results The optimum conditions were extraction voltage 120V, extraction time 93s,ratio of water to material 22.5(mL/g)and extract twice.Under the optimized conditions, the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 4.149%.Conclusion The homogenate extraction method is suitable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Tussilago farfara.Compared with the traditional methods, homogenate extraction is efficient.
