Pharmaceutical care of linezolid used in two patients with low platelet critical value

本文报道了2例利奈唑胺用于血小板低于危急值患者抗感染治疗的案例,临床药师通过参与脓毒症致血小板低下患者的治疗过程,提出抗感染治疗方案并进行药学监护,最终使患者血小板回升,病情好转。证明了临床药师协助医师评估和制订高风险药物治疗方案并进行药学监护有利于从风险中获益。

To report 2cases of linezolid use for anti-infection treatment in patients with thrombocytopenia. Clincal pharmacists participated through the treatment of the two critically ill patients with low platelet count caused by sepsis,and pharmaceutical care was proposed.Finally,the patients'platelet recovered and the condition improved.Clinical pharmacists assisted doctors to evaluate and formulate high-risk drug treatment program,and provided pharmaceutical care can to lower the risk.
