摘要
目的探究Struthers弓状组织结构在中国人中是否存在及其组成、长度和位置,并对其进行解剖学和超声学观测。方法应用解剖学方法对32具(64侧)成年尸体(来自于吉林大学人体解剖学系)的上肢标本进行解剖,寻找Struthers弓状组织结构并观测该组织的组成以及测量其长度;另外选取20名成年健康志愿者(来自于在门诊中招募的志愿者)进行上肢的超声检测,如发现Struthers弓状组织结构,则在表皮标记该组织近端及远端位置并进行测量。结果解剖学显示,64侧上肢标本中发现有21侧腱性Struthers弓状组织结构(TAS)和16侧肌性Struthers弓状组织结构(MAS),总存在率为57. 8%,其中TAS的长度为(2. 12±0. 62) cm,MAS的长度为(4. 46±1. 96) cm,具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。同时超声结果显示,40侧上肢中发现13侧TAS和7侧MAS,总存在率为50. 0%,长度分别为(1. 85±1. 86) cm和(4. 23±1. 93) cm,经统计计算数值符合正态分布。结论 Struthers弓状组织结构在中国人中存在,有TAS和MAS两种存在形式,超声影像学可检测其是否存在并确定其长度和位置。
Objective To investigate the composition, dimension and location of the arcade of Struthers in Chinese population by both anatomic dissection and ultrasound observation. Methods Sixty-four upper limb specimens of 32 adult cadavers were dissected and the arcades of Struthers were observed and measured. Twenty healthy adult participants were also enrolled for ultrasound studies. In cases where the arcade of Struthers was found, the distal and proximal limits were marked on the skin for measurement of the length of the arcades of Struthers. Results In the cadaveric specimens, anatomic study identified tendinous arcade of Struthers (TASs) in 21 limbs and muscular arcade of Struthers (MASs) in 16 limbs, resulting in a total detection rate of the arcade of Struthers of 57.8%; The mean length of TAS was significantly shorter than that of MAS (2.12±0.62 vs 4.46±1.96 cm; P<0.05). In the healthy volunteers, ultrasound examination identified TASs in 13 limbs and MASs in 7 limbs, with a total detection rate of the arcade of Struthers of 50.0%, and the mean lengths of TAS and MAS were 1.85±1.86 and 4.23±1.93 cm, respectively. Conclusion The arcade of Struthers exists in Chinese population and can be classified into TAS and MAS. Ultrasonography can detect the presence, dimension, and location of the arcade of Struthers.
