摘要
人文精神和科学精神是高等医学院校人才培养的"双引擎",人文精神塑造直接关系到医学生能否从根本上确立起"仁爱"价值取向和价值目标。在深化医教协同、改进和加强高校思想政治工作的战略机遇期,需转变医学人才教育模式和培养理念,多方参与、形成合力,协同重塑和光大医学人文精神,为"健康中国"培育德才兼备、全面发展的优秀医学人才。
Humanistic spirit and scientific spirit are the "twin engines"of talents training in medical colleges.Shaping of humanistic spirit is directly related to the establishment of value orientation of "benevolence" of medical students.Facing the opportunity of deepening medical education cooperation,improving and strengthening ideological and political work in medical colleges,medical talents training mode needs to be reformed,collaborated with multiple sectors,to cultivate comprehensive medical talents for "Healthy China"strategies.
