摘要
文章对广西7个城市的中老年民众进行随机抽样调查,研究中老年民众对保健食品风险认知基本状况,以及在个体特征、知识理解、健康意识、信任信心、消息来源几个方面的影响。采用风险认知的6个维度测量风险认知情况,并采用因子分析、多元阶层回归分析对保健食品风险认知及其影响因素进行分析。研究显示中老年民众对保健食品有较高的风险认知水平,个体属性(教育)、知识水平、健康意识、信任信心(政府、企业品牌)、信息来源(专业医务工作者、标签说明、亲朋好友)对保健食品风险认知呈负向影响;个体属性(经济)、信任(专家)、信息来源(媒体广告)呈正向影响。要让中老年民众合理健康食用保健食品,科学认知保健食品风险,应从积极引导提高认识,监管覆盖多面角,企业自律等方面多管齐下。
This paper conducts a random sample survey of the middle -aged and elderly people in seven cities in Guangxi, and studies the basic situation of the risk perception of health food in the middle -aged and old people,as well as the influence of individual characteristics,knowledge comprehension,health consciousness,trust confidence and news source.The risk cognition was measured for six dimensions of risk cognition,and the risk cognition and influencing factors of health food were analyzed by factor analysis and multiple class regression analysis.The study shows that the middle -aged and elderly people have a higher level of risk awareness of health food,individual attributes (education),knowledge level,health awareness,confidence (government,corporate brand),information sources (professional medical workers,Friends)have a negative impact on risk perception of health food;individual attributes (economy),trust (experts),and information sources (media advertising)have a positive impact.To make the middle and old people reasonable and healthy consumption of health food,scientific awareness of health food risk,should actively guide to raise awareness,supervision and coverage of multi -faceted angle,corporate self -discipline and many other multi -pronged approach.
