“双一流”建设背景下高校文科建设的意蕴、困境与对策 被引量:16

The Implications,Problems and Countermeasures of Humanities and Social Disciplines under the “Double World-class” Construction

摘要 新时期新阶段,加强文科建设有利于保持"双一流"建设的完整性、持久度和实效性,具有重要的现实意义。当前文科建设面临诸多困境:学科发展基础相对薄弱,快速成长动能不强;学科发展逻辑囿于惯性,独特价值受到忽视;学科发展布局调整频繁,发展空间受到挤压。对此,亟须全面深入解读"双一流"政策,强化文科建设共识;强化政府学科统筹与引领职责,创新文科支持方式;立足校情和发展阶段,合理确定文科发展战略;加强文科学术共同体建设,激发学术梯队活力;拓宽文科资源供给途径,积蓄文科发展实力。 In the new period,it’s of significant importance to strengthen the construction of humanities and social disciplines,which is conducive to maintaining the integrity,permanence,and effectiveness of the"double world-class"construction.However,humanities and social disciplines still face difficulties as following:the foundation of the disciplines are relatively weak,and the ability of exponential growth are not strong;discipline development logic falls in inertia,and the unique value is neglected;discipline development layout adjustment is frequent,and development space is squeezed.It’s necessary to interpret the"double world-class"policy comprehensively and deeply and strengthen the consensus on the construction of humanities and social disciplines;to implement the government coordinating and leading responsibilities in humanities and social disciplines construction,and change the discipline supporting way.Colleges and universities should base on their situation and development stage,reasonably determine the development strategy of humanities and social disciplines;to stimulates the vitality of the academic teams;expand the supply channels of resources and accumulates the strength of humanities and social disciplines.
