河南地区禽白血病病原学和血清学调查

Etiology and Serology Investigation of Avian Leukosis in Henan Province

摘要 为进一步了解河南省禽白血病(AL)感染情况,采用商品化ELISA试剂盒对河南省不同地区、不同品种(系)、不同代次的12个祖代禽场、父母代场和商品代场,共计360份血清样品和300份蛋清样品,分别进行了ALV-J、ALVAB血清抗体和P27抗原的个体阳性率、场群阳性率、ALV-J、ALV-AB血清抗体及P27抗原共感染数据分析。结果表明:ALV-J、ALV-AB血清抗体和P27抗原的平均个体阳性率分别为14.72%、7.22%和15.00%,其中祖代禽场分别为15.83%、8.33%和14.17%,父母代禽场分别为16.67%、2.22%和20%,商品代禽场分别为12.67%、10.67%和13.33%,场群阳性率分别为75%、58.33%和58.33%,ALV-J、ALV-AB血清抗体和P27抗原共感染鸡场3个,共感染场群阳性率为30%,6个品种(系)中仅有爱拔益加ALV-J、ALV-AB抗体和P27抗原均为0。不同区域鸡群ALV感染普遍存在、各个品种(系)感染的亚群及其阳性率各不相同,调查结果将为河南省开展禽白血病防控、净化提供一定的理论依据。 To further investigate the situation of avian leukemia infection in Henan province,totally 360 serum samples and 300 samples of eggs from 12 farms in different regions, different breeds(different lines) and different generations were tested by commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results demonstrated that the average positive rate of antibodies against ALV-J and ALV-AB, antigen P27 were 14.72%, 7.22%, 15.00% respectively. The antibody of ALV-J, ALV-AB and antigens P27 of grandparent layer were 15.83%, 8.33%, 14.17%,respectively;16.67%, 2.22%, 20% in parent layer and 12.67%, 10.67%, 13.33% in commercial layer respectively. The herd level positive rates were 75%、58.33%、58.33% respectively. The positive rate of 3 coinfection farms was 30%. In six varieties(lines), only Arbor Acres broilers are not infected with ALV. The results indicated that the infection of ALV was popular in the breeders and the positive rates and subtypes of infection were different from flock to flock. The results will provide a theoretical basis for purifying avian leukemia in Henan Province.
