摘要
保持高中普职规模的大体相当,是我国高中教育改革一贯的政策主张。但究竟"何谓大体相当""何以大体相当""何时大体相当"以及"何地大体相当",政策并不明朗,研究并不充分,由此催生了政策操作层面的种种乱象。当前,我们需要着力研究并科学定位高中阶段教育的战略重点、适时推进区域普职比例的弹性实施,并通过积极拉伸中职教育的纵向空间与横向通道、提升中职教育质量等方式,真正提升中职吸引力并由此推动高中普职的协调发展。
It is one of the Chinese educational policies to maintain more or less the same scale of general versus vocational secondary education.However,the policy is not clear while the researches are insufficient with regard to what,how,when and where the scale is in proper ratio.Therefore,this paper highlights the strategic identification of the secondary education,prompt application of vocational educational policy in given regions before extensional promotion of the quality of secondary vocational education that is eventually is in align with the general secondary education.
