风机过滤单元(FFU)空气动力及能耗性能预测研究 被引量:3

摘要 将风机相似律应用于风机过滤单元(FFU),通过理论推导建立了适用于FFU的性能预测模型,可对FFU的任何转速或任意工况的空气动力性能与能耗性能进行预测,并通过FFU样品的实验室性能试验对预测结果进行验证。结果显示,在FFU常用的实际运行工况范围内,预测结果与试验结果基本一致,证明了相似律对FFU的适用性以及FFU性能预测模型的可靠性。利用该性能预测模型,在一定条件和范围内可以大幅减少FFU的性能试验工作,可广泛运用于FFU的性能评价、设备选型和运行调节过程,特别是指导优化FFU智能运行控制策略。 A model used to predict the aerodynamic performance and energy consumption of fan filter units (FFUs)at any specified speed or working condition has been developed based on the similarity law of fans.Laboratory experiments have been designed and conducted to validate the model.It turns out that predicting outcomes agree well to experimental results within,common actual operation range of FFUs,which demonstrates the applicability of the similarity law and the reliability of the model.Predicting with the model will decrease a lot of laboratory experiment works,and can be widely applied to performance evaluation,equipment selection and operation regulation,especially intelligent operation control of FFUs.
