高职学生卓越技能人才培养平台建设与实践过程若干问题探讨

Discussion on Several Problems in the Construction and Practice of the Training Platform for Excellent Skills of Higher Vocational Students

本文介绍了在高职汽车专业教学的基础上,对部分优秀学生进一步开展卓越技能人才培养,以及培养平台建设的方法和平台运行中产生的问题,涉及如何界定卓越人才,如何发挥学生的兴趣爱好、平台建设及人才培养、创新教育、校企合作对接等若干问题内容,并给出了相关经验做法。

This paper introduces the further development of excellent skills training for some outstanding students on the basis of higher vocational automobile professional teaching, as well as the methods and platform problems in the development of platform construction, how to define outstanding talents, how to play the interest of students, platform construction and talent training, innovative education, school-enterprise cooperation and other issues, and given relevant experience and practices.
