党支部是党最基层的一级组织,是党全部工作和战斗的基础,是桥梁、是纽带。习近平总书记在十九大报告中强调党支部要担负好教育、管理、监督党员和组织、宣传、凝聚、服务群众的指责,首次明确了基层党支部的职责任务。在并校转型的新形势下,如何让党支部更好地担责、履职,发挥好战斗堡垒的作用,值得深思。
