提升高职思政课亲和力和针对性的路径研究——基于客户管理的思维

摘要 提升思政课的亲和力和针对性是新时期思政教育改革发展的着力点。基于此目标,将客户管理思维的理念、方法、模式应用于思政课,可探求新型有效的教学模式。将客户管理思维运用于思政课,应抓好备教材(备产品)、备学生(备客户)、备教师(备客服人员)这三个关键环节,以求达到提升思政课亲和力和针对性的目的。 Improving the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses is the focus of the reform and development of ideological and political education in the new era. Based on this goal, the concept, method and mode of customer management thinking can be applied to ideological and political courses, and new and effective teaching modes can be explored. Applying customer management thinking to ideological and political courses, we should grasp the three key links of preparing teaching materials(prepared products), preparing students(preparing customers), and preparing teachers(providing customer service personnel) in order to improve the affinity and aim of the ideological and political courses.
