对比教学法在控制性详细规划规定性指标确定中的应用

摘要 控制性详细规划在城乡规划专业中起着举足轻重的作用,既是核心理论课,也是核心设计课。在城乡规划专业教学中,如何能够提高控制性详细规划的教学效果和学生的接收效果,对学好城乡规划专业有较大的影响。本文以控制性详细规划中的规定性指标,容积率、建筑密度等指标为例,探讨了对比教学法在控制性详细规划规定性指标确定中的应用。 Controlled detailed planning plays a decisive role in urban and rural planning majors. It is both a core theoretical course and a core design course. In the urban and rural planning professional teaching, how can we improve the teaching effect of the controlled detailed planning and the student’s receiving effect, have a greater influence on the study of urban and rural planning professional. This article takes the index of prescriptive indicators of controlled detailed planning, floor area ratio,building density, building height limit and set back as examples, and discusses the application of comparative teaching method in the determination of the regulatory index of the controlled detailed planning.
