群体动力理论下的大学生就业现状分析探究——基于以宿舍为单位的就业数据调查

Analysis of the Employment Status of College Students under the Theory of Group Dynamics——Employment data survey based on dormitory

为了增强大学生的就业意识,提高就业质量,本文基于群体动力理论以宿舍为单位对大学生就业现状进行了调查分析。研究发现:当环境(E)包含的因素中产生足够大的导向力时,个体的就业意向会根据导向力而趋于集中;当构成的环境(E)因素包含了多个相同就业意向的个体时,所产生的群体动能趋向较为明显;在构成环境(E)因素的多个个体中更为强大的个体因素会增加群体动能且具有一定的导向力和指导性。同时提出了相应的对策建议。

In order to enhance the employment consciousness of college students and improve the quality of employment, this paper investigates and analyzes the employment status of college students based on the group dynamics theory. The study found that when the environment(E) contains sufficient directive force, the individual’s employment intention will tend to concentrate according to the guiding force; when the constituent environmental(E) factor contains multiple individuals with the same employment intention At the time, the resulting kinetic energy of the group tends to be more obvious; the more powerful individual factors in the multiple individuals constituting the environmental(E) factor will increase the kinetic energy of the group and have certain guiding and guiding ability. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
