Style and persuit: An analysis of dietary aesthetics in “Song bai lei chao”

清初潘永因摘抄各种宋代笔记辑成《宋稗类钞》。在"卷之七"的"饮食"一节里,收录了宋代笔记里关于饮食的诸多内容。虽然属于述而不作,然而结合潘永因本人的特殊经历和时代背景,仍然可以窥见其所辑内容包含的复杂心境,所辑饮食内容也具有了双重意涵:一方面他有条理地展示了宋人的饮食美学思想;另一方面也展现了以他为代表的清初人士的饮食美学态度。

In early Qing dynasty,Pan Yongin edited "Song bai lei chao"by excerpting various song dynasty notes.Many contents about diet in song dynasty notes were collected in the seventh volume under section of diet.Pan's complex mind could be caught from the collection,although which was a compilation rather than a writing work,from his special experience and historical background.Double implication revealed from the contents in respect of the aesthetic attitudes and thoughts of diet for the early Qing people.
