摘要
史籍中"药膳"系"药"与"膳"的并称。翁维健首提当今"药膳"。药膳的实质是在中医药理论和实践的指导下,将可食性中药和普通食物原料共同烹饪加工成色、香、味、形、效俱佳的膳食。有些中国传统美食本身就是药膳。"色、香、味、形"是药膳的重要前提,"效"是药膳存在的灵魂。总之,药膳首先是美食。
In history books,medicined diet is a combination of medicine and meal.Medicined dietis was first named by Weng Weijian.Medicined diet used edible traditional Chinese medicine and common food ingredients to prepare a good meal with color,aroma,taste,shape,and efficacy under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine.Some traditional Chinese diets themselves are medicined diets.Color,aroma,taste,and shape are important prerequisite for medicined diet,and efficacy is the soul of medicined diet.First of all,the medicined diet is gourmet.
