Vocational Education in the Perspective of Economic Development

职业教育作为经济发展过程中不可或缺的角色,为各个行业提供了大量不同层次、不同类型的技能型人才,在服务经济社会中发挥着重要作用。围绕经济发展与职业教育研究,在参考德国、日本等国家经验的基础上,对职业教育技能知识形成机制、职业教育宏观政策形成和实施以及微观角度的职业教育基本问题、职业能力、就业选择等进行了分析研究。

As an indispensable role in the process of economic development,vocational education provides a large number of different levels,and types of skilled talents for various industries,which play an important role in serving economic and society.Around the topic of economic development and vocational education research,based on the experience of vocational education in Germany and Japan,analytical research was conducted on the forma- tion mechanism of skill knowledge of vocational education,the formation and implementation of macro education policy of vocational education,and the basic problems of vocational education as well as vocational ability and employ- ment selection at the micro level.
