纤维素纤维负载锌酞菁催化剂光敏氧化碱性绿-1的研究

摘要 纤维素纤维因丰度大,与多种物质亲和力强,被广泛用作废水处理催化剂的载体。合成了一种对可见光有响应的纤维素纤维负载锌酞菁催化剂[纤维素纤维负载四(2,4-二氯均三嗪)氨酞菁锌],并在有和无印染助剂的情况下,用于光敏氧化印染废水中的碱性绿-1。与传统的自由基氧化染料方式不同,此负载催化剂将三线态氧激发为单线态作为氧化剂。在有印染助剂存在下,负载催化剂的光敏氧化能力显著增强。 Cellulose fibers are widely used as catalyst support in waste water treatment due to their rich abundance and high affinity towards a lot of reactants. Therefore, a visible light responsive cellulose fibers supported zinc phthalocyanine catalyst [tetra(2,4-dichloro-triazine) zinc ammonia phthalocyanine] was prepared.In the presence and absence of printing and dyeing auxiliaries, alkaline green-1 in printing and dyeing wastewater was oxidized by photocatalyst. Unlike the traditional way of free radical oxidation of dyes, the supported catalyst excited triplet oxygen as a singlet oxidant, which was used as oxidant. In the presence of dyeing auxiliaries, the photocatalytic oxidation ability of supported catalysts was significantly enhanced.
