摘要
建立了快速、灵敏、准确的固相萃取-超快速液相色谱-串联质谱法测定纺织品中双酚S的方法。样品经乙腈超声提取和GCB玻璃固相萃取柱净化后,以乙腈和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用ACQUITY UPLC~?BEH C18色谱柱、电喷雾负离子多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。双酚S在0.10~20.00μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)为0.999 4,方法的定量限为0.1μg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSDs)小于4.5%。本方法简便快速,适用于纺织品中双酚S的检测。
A rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of bisphenol S in textiles by solid phase extraction-ultrafast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. Samples were purified by acetonitrile extraction and GCB glass solid phase extraction column, and it was quantified by external standard method using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, gradient elution method via ACQUITY UPLC■ BEH C18 chromatographic column, electrospray anion multiple reaction monitoring mode and external standard method. Bisphenol S had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.10~20.00μg/L, the correlation coefficient(R) was 0.999 4, the quantitative limit of the method was 0.1μg/kg, and the relative standard deviation(RSDs) was less than 4.5%. The method was simple, rapid and suitable for the detection of bisphenol S in textiles.
