摘要
终身学习思潮的产生与发展既受到了教育内外不同因素的影响,也受到了一些社会理论的影响。这些理论包括:人生过程理论,年龄分层理论和优势、劣势累积理论。这些理论为打破教育的时间、空间壁垒提供了基础,使人们认识到教育不应再限定于某一年龄和时间,而应作为贯穿个体一生的重要事件持续进行,使不同类型的教育形成一个多维度的系统。只有这样才能突破劣势累积,确保个体、家庭和社会获得更好的发展。在长期的发展过程中,终身学习思潮形成了两种主要的价值取向,即人道主义的价值取向与"社会-政治-经济"三位一体的功用取向。
The generation and development of.lifelong learning thoughts is influenced not only by various factors within and outside education,but also by some social theories.These theories include:life course theory, age stratification theory and the theory of cumulative advantage and disadvantage.These theories lay the foundation for breaking the barriers of time and.space of education,and make people realize that education should not be limited to a certain age or time.It should be taken as an important course throughout the individual's entire life,and become a multidimensional system including different types of education.Only in this way can we break through the disadvantage,ensuring that the individual,family and society have a better development.In its long process of development,the lifelong learning thoughts have formed two main value orientations:the value orientation of humanitarianism and the functional orientation of the trinity of "social-political-economic"aspects.
