摘要
针对大型复杂铸件开发周期长、成本高等问题,对大型复杂铸件无模快速制造技术进行研究。基于计算机辅助设计、工程与制造软件,将铸造工艺计算机辅助设计、铸造工艺计算机辅助工程优化分析、无模铸型计算机辅助设计与无模铸型计算机辅助制造快速加工等数字化技术集成应用于大型柴油机飞轮壳铸件开发的全过程,快速得到合格铸件。实践证明,计算机辅助设计、工程与制造的集成方法,突破了传统有模铸造的技术局限,具有快速、高精度、高效率、低能耗的特点,适用于单件、小批量、多品种大型复杂铸件新产品的快速开发。
In view of the long development cycle and high cost of large complex castings,the rapid dieless manufacturing technology for large complex castings was studied.Based on CAD,CAE and CAM software,digital technologies,such as CAD of casting technique,CAE optimization &analysis for casting, CAD of dieless molding and CAM for rapid dieless molding were integrated into the overall development process of flywheel shell casting of large-scale diesel engine for quick processing of qualified castings. Practices have proved that the integration of CAD,CAE and CAM can break through the technical limitations of traditional casting technology with dies,and has the characteristics of short processing cycle, high precision,high efficiency and low energy consumption.It is suitable for rapid development of new large complex castings featuring single-piece,small-batch or multi-types.
