摘要
针对目前菠萝采摘劳动强度大、效率低、人工成本高,以及机械化采摘设备研发滞后等问题,结合我国农业装备自动化发展的现状,设计了一种面向规模化的自动菠萝采收机。应用LabView和OpenCV软件开发了图像识别系统,可以对菠萝进行图像采集、识别和定位,实现了菠萝的自动化采摘。这一自动菠萝采收机集采摘和收集于一体,具有工作效率和自动化程度高的特点。
In view of labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost during pineapple picking at present,and lagging development of mechanized picking equipment,a large-scale automatic pineapple harvesting machine was designed in combination with the present status on automation development of China's agricultural equipment.LabView and OpenCV software were used to develop the image recognition system,which could collect,identify and locate the pineapple and realized the automatic picking of pineapple.This automatic pineapple harvesting combines picking and collection,featuring high work efficiency and super automation.
