摘要
在海洋工程中,钢结构管是导管架和组块的重要构件,在结构连接中发挥着重要作用。钢结构管在卷制前,需要进行压制预弯。建立钢板压制预弯过程的数学模型,分析压制预弯过程中钢板的主要受力部位、变形及成形效果,进而确认压制预弯成形规律,为实际生产提供理论依据。所做研究使钢结构管辊制合格率提高了76%,累计节省材料费320多万元。
In marine engineering,steel structural tubes are important components of jackets and blocks and play an important role in structural connections.Before being rolled,the steel structural tube needs to be pressed and pre-bent.The mathematical model for pressing and pre-bending process of steel plate was established to analyze the positions in the steel plate with main stress,deformation and forming effect during pressing and pre-bending process,identify the regular pattern on pressing,pre-bending and forming,and provide a theoretical basis for real production.This research has made the rolled qualification rate of steel structure tube increased by 76% with over 3.2 million Yuan of accumulated saving in material.
