摘要 对航天零件机械加工中的活门盒底座壁厚尺寸超差问题进行分析和研究,确认装夹变形是导致活门盒底座壁厚尺寸超差的主要原因。针对这一问题,设计了工装夹具,并应用于航天零件机械加工中,达到控制产品装夹变形的目的,同时提高了产品的壁厚尺寸精度,减小了废品损失。所设计的工装夹具结构简单,制作方便,使用性能良好。 The out-of-tolerance problem of wall thickness of the valve box base in the machining of aerospace parts was analyzed and investigated.It is confirmed that the clamping deformation is the main cause for out-of-tolerance of wall thickness of the valve box base.Aiming at this problem,the tooling and fixture were designed and applied to the machining of aerospace parts to achieve the purpose of controlling the deformation of the clamped product.At the same time,the dimensional accuracy of product wall thickness was improved and the loss on defective product was reduced.The designed fixture features simple structure,easy manufacturing and sound service performance.
