摘要
为解决当前刀剪数控磨床加工时生产效率低、劳动强度大、质量不稳定等问题,设计了刀剪磨削微自动生产线。对这一生产线的总体布局、主要创新点、上下料装置、专用工装夹具及紧固装置进行了介绍。这一生产线可以有效提高刀剪的磨削效率,适用于刀剪磨削大批量生产。
In order to solve the current problems of low productivity,high labor intensity and unstable quality during processing of knives and scissors by NC grinder,a mini automatic production line for grinding of knives and scissors was designed.The overall layout,main innovations,loading and unloading devices, special fixtures and clamping device of this production line were introduced.This production line can effectively improve the grinding efficiency of the knives and scissors,and is suitable for mass grinding production of knives and scissors.
