介绍叶景华名老中医治疗泌尿系统病症的经验。治疗尿路感染以祛邪为主,不忘扶正;急性肾炎重在疏解清利;慢性肾炎益肾清利,活血祛风;糖尿病肾病缓补活血;慢性肾衰竭攻补兼施,内外结合;治疗血尿分实热、虚热、气虚、瘀阻四型;治疗蛋白尿重视风、湿、瘀、虚。

This paper introduces Ye Jinghua's experience in treating urinary system diseases.The treatment for urinary tract infection should be based on eliminating pathogen combined with strengthening vital qi.For acute nephritis,dispersing and clearing heat-dampness are focused.For chronic nephritis,benefiting kidney for clearing heat-dampness and promoting blood circulation for dispelling wind are emphasized.For diabetic nephropathy,the therapy should be slow tonifying and activating blood.For chronic renal failure,the treatment should take reinforcement and elimination in combination,as well as internal and external treatment.For hematuria,the syndrome can be divided into four patterns including excessive heat,deficient heat,qi deficiency and stagnation of blood stasis.For proteinuria,wind,dampness,stasis and deficiency should be paid attention.
