摘要
通过梳理《内经》及相关医家关于阴阳升降的论述,探讨阴阳升降的内容及阴阳升降的不同内涵。从阐述人体生理变化和脏腑特点、阐述疾病的病机、解释治则治法和方药配伍应用等方面分析阴阳升降对临床的启迪作用。
Through the review on the exposition of ascending and descending of yin and yang in Neijing and by related physicians,this paper discusses the contents and different connotations of ascending and descending of yin and yang. And the enlightenment for clinical practice is analyzed from the aspects of physiological changes of human body and characteristics of viscera organs,pathogenesis of diseases,therapeutic principles and treatment methods,compatibility and application of prescriptions and medicines.
