摘要
从提取分离、结构鉴定、含量测定、生物活性等方面综述桂皮中原花青素类成分的研究进展。研究表明,桂皮中原花青素类成分具有抗氧化及抗血管生成、降血糖、抗炎及免疫调节、抗癌等多种生物活性。
This paper reviews the research progress on procyanidin in cinnamon,including extraction and isolation,structure identification,content determination and bioactivity.Studies have revealed that procyanidin in cinnamon shows multi pharmacological activities,such as anti-oxidation,anti-angiogenesis,hypoglycemic effect,anti-inflammation,immune regulation and anti-cancer.
