摘要
通过对普通轿车尺寸模型的简化,借助CFD模拟软件对车室内的流场进行了数值模拟,合理考虑并设置了太阳辐射,同时引进人体热模型。针对汽车车室内的研究,主要比较了送风速度、送风温度下的流场分布,着重分析了回风口设置在车前和车后的车内温度场与速度场的分布规律,考虑人体热表面温度分布,结合整体热舒适性指标不均匀系数、有效温度差以及空气分布特性指标对车室内温度场、速度场进行了舒适性评价得到轿车室内的流场的规律,为合理布置设计汽车空调送风口提供了理论基础。
By simplifying the size model of ordinary car,we simulated the flow field in car interior with CFD simulation software.The solar radiation was reasonably considered and set up,and the thermal model of human body was introduced.Aiming at the research of automobile interior,this paper mainly compared the flow field distribution with the supply air velocity and the air supply temperature.The distribution law of temperature field and velocity field in front of and behind the automobile with return air inlet was analyzed emphatically,the temperature distribution of human body's thermal surface was considered,and the non-uniform coefficient of overall thermal comfort index,the effective temperature difference and so on,were combined.The comfort of temperature field and velocity field in the car interior was evaluated with air distribution characteristic index,and the rule of flow field in the car interior was obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the rational layout and design of automotive air conditioning outlets.
