漆器图像轮廓尺度准确测量方法仿真研究

摘要 漆器图像轮廓尺度的准确测量始终是工业生产过程中最基本也是最重要的环节,其测量结果的是否准确直接影响这漆器产品的生产质量和生产效率。针对当前方法得到的测量结果准确性较低、抗造性能较弱、清晰度不高,且耗时较长的问题,提出一种基于组合形态学边缘算子的漆器图像轮廓尺度测量方法,对元素漆器图像进行映射变换操作,以使得漆器图像各灰度等级的比例更加均衡。采用邻域平均法对映射变换处理后的漆器图像进行平滑滤波,在灰度级[0,L-1]范围内选取一个合适的灰度阈值,对平滑滤波后的漆器图像进行分割获得二值图像,实现漆器图像的预处理。预处理后的图像是否含噪两种情况,选取全方位多尺度的形态学结构元素,采用六种形态学边缘算子计算预处理后漆器图像各个方向、多尺度下的轮廓尺度测量值,并对得到的漆器图像所有轮廓尺度测量值进行加权合成,得到最终轮廓尺度测量值。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够实现漆器图像轮廓尺度的准确测量,具有抗噪性能较强、清晰度较好、失真程度最小,且耗时最短的优点。 The accuracy of measurement result for lacquerware image contour scale directly affects the production quality and production efficiency of lacquerware product.In the current method,the measurement accuracy is low, and the anti-fabrication performance is poor,and the definition is low.Therefore,this paper puts forward a method for measuring contour scale of lacquerware image based on combined morphology edge operator.Firstly,this research performed the mapping transformation on the elemerital image of lacquerware to make the proportion of grey scale of each lacquer image more equalized.Secondly,the research used the neighbourhood averaging method to smoothly filter the lacquerware image after mapping transformation,and then the research selected the appropriate gray threshold from the grayscale [0,L -1].Thirdly,our research segmented the lacquerware image after smoothing filter and obtained the binary image,so as to preprocess the lacquerware image.To determine whether the preprocessed image contains noise,omni-directional and multi-scale morphological structural elements were selected and six kinds of morphological edge operators were used to calculate the contour scale measurement values of pre-processed lacquerware image based on all directions and multiple scales.Finally,all measured values of contour scale were weighted and synthesized.Thus,we obtained the final measurement value of contour scale.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately measure the contour scale of lacquerware image.Meanwhile,this method has strong anti-noise performance,good definition,minimal distortion,and the shortest time consumption.
