浅说仲景方“一剂知,二三剂已”

Shall Discussion About the Efficacy of Zhong-jing's Formulas that "One Dose Alleviates the Disease,and Two or Three Doses Cure the Disease"

仲景方"一剂知,二三剂已",桂枝汤以"汗"为度,微汗出为有效,麻黄汤"温热"的程度和本方的效果成正比,麻子仁丸以知为度,蜜煎导方以得下大便为期,四逆汤类方以"微自温"为度,麻黄细辛附子汤以"微发汗"为知,柴胡汤类方以"汗""屎"为参考。药后反应是疾病转归的表现,也为判断疾病进展提供了依据,部分甚至为条文辨证进行了补充说明。但《伤寒杂病论》原文论述中也有诸如侯氏黑散、薯蓣丸、脾约丸、乌梅丸等,其每1次即为1个月左右的药量,亦即按"月"计算疗程,并不是所有疾病均可以"一剂知,二三剂已"。

The warming degree of Ephedra Decoction is directly proportional to the effect of the formula. The efficacy of Cannabis Fruit Pill is measured according to whether or not it can alleviate the disease. The efficacy of Honey Suppository Formula is measured according to whether or not it can guide stool. The efficacy of Frigid Extremities Decoction type is measured according to whether or not it can self-warm slightly. The efficacy of Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction; Bupleurum Decoction is measured according to whether or not it can sweat slightly. The efficacy of Bupleurum Decoction type is measured according to whether or not it ca lead to sweating and stool. Post-drug reaction is the manifestation of disease prognosis,but also provides a basis for judging the progress of disease,some even for the provisions of dialectical supplement. But in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,in terms of Hou Family Black Power,Shu Yu Pill ( SYP) ,Pill for the Restrained Spleen,Mume Pill,each dose is about a month's dose, that is,according to the "month" to calculate the course of treatment,not all diseases can be alleviated with one dose and cured with two or three doses.
