基于“艾灸可治热证”理论探析湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的治疗

An Analysis of Treating Ulcerative Colitis with Damp Heat Based on the Theory of "Moxibustion Can Cure Heat Syndrome"

灸法可治热证,其基本理论支撑主要有火郁发之论、甘温除热论、热因热用论和双向调节论等。湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的病位在大肠,与肝、脾、肾三脏相关,与脾关系最为密切,其主要病机为脾虚湿盛,湿郁化热,证型中湿热为患居多。该病在血分,气血壅滞,病久及肺肾,本虚标实,脾肾亏虚为本,湿、热、痰、瘀、毒为标。以艾灸可治热证为理论基础,提出湿热型溃疡性结肠炎当以艾灸法温通经络,燥湿运脾,透发郁热,温助脾阳,以固后天之本,取关元、足三里进行艾灸,为中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供了新的思路与方法。

Moxibustion can cure heat syndrome. Its basic theoretical support mainly includes the theory of dissipating excessive stagnation of fire,the theory of clearing heat with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature,the theory of using medicine of hot nature to treat pseudo-heat,the theory of two-way regulation,etc. Damp-heat ulcerative colitis ( UC) is located in the large intestine, which is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney,and is most closely related to the spleen. The main pathogenesis is spleen deficiency and dampness,damp stagnation and heat. The main pathogenesis is spleen deficiency and dampness. Damp stagnation can be transformed into heat. Damp heat syndrome is the most common type among such patients. The disease is in blood. Long-timg qi-blood stagnation influences the lung and kidney with deficient root and excessive tip. Spleen and kidney deficiency are roots,while dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis,toxicity are the tips. Based on the theory that moxibustion can cure heat syndrome,Damp-heat UC can be treated with moxibustion to warm and dredge meridians,dry dampness and activate the spleen,disperse stagnation of fire,warm spleen yang in order to strengthen acquired constitution. Guanyuan ( RN 4) and Zusanli ( ST 36) are often chosen for moxibustion. It provides a new idea and method for treating ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
