巨刺法结合局部中药蜡疗治疗风寒湿型肩关节周围炎30例

Thirty Cases of Rheumatism-type Shoulder Periarthritis Treated with Great Acupuncture Combined with Local Wax Therapy of Chinese Medicine

目的:观察巨刺法结合局部中药蜡疗治疗风寒湿型肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年12月在本院门诊及住院治疗的肩关节周围炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予肩关节功能锻炼,治疗组采用巨刺法结合局部中药蜡疗治疗,对照组给予口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为90. 0%,对照组有效率为80. 0%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后VAS评分、改良HSS肩关节评分、Melle评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:巨刺法结合局部中药蜡疗治疗肩关节周围炎有较好疗效,能够减少患者疼痛,明显改善患者肩关节功能活动度。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of great acupuncture combined with local wax therapy of Chinese medicine on rheumatism-type shoulder periarthritis. Methods: Sixty patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The two groups' patients were given shoulder joint function exercise,the ones in the treatment group were treated with great acupuncture combined with local Wax therapy of Chinese medicine,while the ones in the control group were given oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated capsule for treatment. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 0% and that of the control group was 80. 0%. The treatment group was superior to the control group ( P < 0. 05) , and the difference was statistically significant. After the treatment,the VAS score,modified HSS shoulder score and Melle score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05) ,and all the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Great acupuncture combined with local wax therapy of Chinese medicine has a remarkable clinical effect on rheumatism-type shoulder periarthritis.
