醋疗药塌渍配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例

Sixty Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Vinegar-Medicine Sloughing in Combination with Functional Exercise of Waist and Back Muscles

目的:观察醋疗药塌渍配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年5月至2016年5月在驻马店市中医院骨伤科治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组给予腰背肌功能锻炼治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予醋疗药塌渍治疗。结果:对照组有效率为76. 67%,治疗组有效率为90. 00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分、JOA评分均优于治疗前(P <0. 05),且治疗组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分、JOA评分优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:醋疗药塌渍配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,可以减轻患者疼痛。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of vinegar-medicine sloughing in combination with functional exercise of waist and back muscles on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given lumbar dorsal muscle functional exercise treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were given vinegar-medicine sloughing on the basis of treatment in the control group. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 76. 67%,and that of the treatment group was 90. 00%. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . The VAS score,ODI score and JOA score of the two groups after the treatment were better than those before the treatment ( P < 0. 05) ,and VAS score,ODI score and JOA score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after the treatment ( P < 0. 05) . And all the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Vinegar-medicine sloughing in combination with functional exercise of waist and back muscles has a remarkable clinical effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,can relieve the pain of patients.
